Three members of AxIS staff have just completed the first 2 professional development courses at Carnegie Mellon University Rwanda. The Strategic Uses of Digital Information and the Mobile Application in Emerging Markets courses.

In the past days, car owners would surprisingly have their vehicles immobilized by Police due to unpaid parking tickets. Most of the time, they didn't know their cars were on the list of defaulters of parking tickets.
